    I have 2 room reservations linked in the 'My Disney Experience' App. Do I have to complete the 'online check in' for both rooms? I have done this for 1 room and I cannot see the option to complete it for the second room?

    Welcome to planDisney!  We're so happy you've taken the time to stop by with such a great question for us to help you with.  And, as the current UK-based Panelist, it truly is my pleasure to be the lucky one assisting you today.

    Zip-a-dee-doo-dah-day!  Adrian, it looks as if you'll soon be on your way to Walt Disney World Resort as you've indicated your arrival date is August 17th.  I can bet your whole family of Mouseketeers is getting super excited about visiting the most magical place on earth next month, especially since Mickey is still continuing to enjoy the Most Magical Celebration on Earth for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World Resort.

    As my own family is large than your average-sized group of Mouseketeers, I can relate to having multiple Disney Resorts Collection hotel room reservations held on my own My Disney Experience account!  It might be helpful to understand that at this time, multiple rooms can't actually be held under one reference or booking confirmation number. 

    Therefore, my best advice would be for you to speak in person with a Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number for Disney Resort Hotel Reservations contained within this handy Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory. 

    When I've had the occasion to speak with Cast Members about similar situations for my own family holidays, I've always requested that any multiple Disney Resorts Collection room reservations that I may have, be connected up together.  I feel sure that Cast Members will be more than happy to make a note of this on your already made Resort reservations, plus note any other room requests that you may wish to indicate.

    Adrian, it's worth bearing in mind that requests can never be guaranteed at Walt Disney World Resort.  However, please know that Cast Members will always endeavor to do their best to accommodate any Guest requests based on current availability and any operational needs.
