I have a room only reservation, I saw online it says "If you have a room-only reservation, you will pay off your balance when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel."...... Does anyone know if I can pay it off prior to arriving?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Maggie! Thanks for bringing your question to us. Room-only reservations at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel do not have to be paid in full until the time of your check-in. However, I like your plan of having the vacation balance taken care of before arrival, so all you have to worry about is having the time of your life!

While vacation packages can be paid in installments online, room-only reservations require you to call a Disney Reservations Center representative at (407) 939-7675 to make payments on your reservation. You will need to have your reservation confirmation number handy when speaking with the representative. I called last year every few weeks to make payments on our room-only reservation, and it took less than five minutes each call. Guests are able to use multiple forms of payment when calling in to a representative, who can accept any of these payment methods:
    • Visa
    • MasterCard
    • American Express
    • Discover Card
    • Diners Club Charge Card
    • JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
    • Disney Gift Card
    • Disney Dream Reward Dollars
    • Disney Visa Instant Credit

I hope this information helps you have a magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort, Maggie. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
