    I have a room reservation w/ AP’s in July. The AP’s haven’t been activated yet, but BOTH room & AP’s show in up in MDE. Just try to cover my basis w/ the reservation system. I didn’t receive the passholder preview email which is why I am concerned now.

    Oh, you must be so excited for your return to Walt Disney World!

    Cast Members are currently preparing the theme parks, select Walt Disney World Resorts, and Disney Springs with a little extra pixie dust, and you may have heard about some of the exciting details in this post on Disney Parks Blog.

    Annual Passholders have an additional resource when planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, too. Take a look at the post Annual Passes: Know Before You Go; there, you'll find the latest updates on all things Annual Pass, plus some helpful links for you to check on a few details related to Guest experiences at this time. You'll also find a helpful phone number for V.I. PASSHOLDER  Support, so you may want to give them a call to ease your mind.

    I, too, am an Annual Passholder, but my Walt Disney World Resort Hotel reservation is after yours. While I did receive an email from Disney Destinations last week, including "Important Passholder news for you", I have not yet received an email regarding the special Passholder preview opportunity. No worries, though. As soon as Cast Members put the finishing touches on that plan, I'm sure that email will be in our Inboxes, just waiting to surprise us!

I called for assistance with one of our Annual Passes last week, and the Cast Member assisting me was so very helpful.
