Hi there, John,
Thanks for stopping by planDisney. I’m glad you are looking into ways to enhance the magic of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.
First of all, note that if you have booked your stay at the Walt Disney World Resort through an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner or another travel agent, pre-arrival requests related to your vacation should be made through them. If you have booked your own reservations, you can make room requests using
Online Check-In.
Online Check-In can be done
on a computer or with the
My Disney Experience app. Within the Online Check-In system, there is a place for “Room Location Requests.” This section includes two drop-down menus that list popular room request types for your specific
Disney Resort Hotel. Other types of requests may be made by calling the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. If you have already arrived at the Walt Disney Resort and have not completed Online Check-In, you can make room requests when you check in at your Disney Resort Front Desk. While Disney always strives to make vacations as magical as possible for every Guest, room requests are not guaranteed to be honored.
Tony’s Tip: No matter how you booked your reservation, Online Check-In is a fantastic service that helps speed up your arrival experience and can even help
reduce contact during your arrival experience. Be sure to download the My Disney Experience app for other ways to take advantage of contactless services, such as turn-by-turn directions,
Mobile Food And Beverage Orders,
digital key service to unlock your resort room, and many other features.
If you have any more questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I hope you come to visit planDisney again. We are happy to help make your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth the best experience possible.
~Tony
