How can I make a room request?

    Hi Paulette,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm happy to help you with directions for making a special room request.

If you make a resort reservation online, you'll find a special request section in the reservation form. If you didn't make a request then, though, it's not a problem.

When you do online check-in up to 60 days before you arrive, you will again see a place to make any requests, including what building you would like to be in, if you want to be near other guests or if you need special equipment such as a crib or rollaway bed. You also can request to be on a specific floor or near an elevator.

If none of that works for you, you can always call the resort directly to submit your requests.

Though requests are not guaranteed, I've usually found that the Walt Disney World cast members do their best to accommodate guests' desires.

I hope that helps. Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you as you make your Walt Disney World vacation plans. Enjoy your visit!
