I have room and park tickets booked but my tickets aren't showing yet, I'm going in May 2023. Is this normal?

    Hello again, Jade.

Thanks so much for asking another tiggerific question about what's sure to be a jolly holiday to Walt Disney World Resort in May 2023.

Jade, I can tell you that it honestly makes me grin as wide as the Cheshire Cat to hear you've already made a Walt Disney Travel Company holiday package booking for next May!  And, I can bet you're feeling like Alice in Wonderland as you begin to make plans for your magical adventure to Orlando and Walt Disney World Resort.

I'm more than happy to share that in my own personal experience, I've found that typically it can take up to a few days for a new holiday booking to populate within a My Disney Experience account.

However, you may be able to physically link your Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets purchased online from the Walt Disney Travel Company to your My Disney Experience account.

To link Will Call Magic Ticket eTickets to My Disney Experience, please follow these handy instructions -

     - Log in to My Disney Experience account via a desktop computer
     - Head to My Plans within the drop-down menu
     - Hover over Park Tickets and select Link Tickets
     - Continue to follow the onscreen prompts to enter Ticket ID Numbers (which are located underneath the barcodes on your Will Call eTicket vouchers)

If for whatever unmagical reason, your Magic Tickets are still not appearing with your My Disney Experience account, then I would suggest speaking in person with a Cast Member.

Super helpful and oh-so tech-savvy Cast Members will be able to fully access your My Disney Experience account, and in doing so, will be able to assist with linking your holiday package booking correctly to enable you to go ahead and make all your Disney Park Pass reservations, any Disney dining reservations and so on.

To connect with a Disney Cast Member, please go ahead and dial the UK freephone number for Technical and Website Support contained within this Walt Disney World Resort Phone Directory.

Jade, I also thought that it might be super useful for your holiday planning to take a peek at these Frequently Asked Questions - My Disney Experience

Once again, please know you're as welcome as can be to return anytime to me here at planDisney.  Don't ever worry about being like the White Rabbit, as it's never too late (or too early!) to ask another question about your May 2023 holibobs to Walt Disney World Resort!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
