If my room is not ready when I arrive at the hotel is there somewhere to leave my bags and can I use the resort facilities (restaurant, pools, etc.)?

    Hi Claudia!

I'm glad to hear that you are staying at one of the Disney Resorts Collection hotels for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I love staying at these hotels because their amenities make our trip so much easier. Plus, your vacation feels extra-special when you can stay inside the Disney magic!

I often plan our family vacations so we arrive in Orlando as early as possible, which means we may arrive at our hotel before check-in time. In that case, you will be able to store your bags with Bell Services, which is located at the entrance to your Disney Resort hotel. They will securely store all of your bags and when you are ready to head to your vacation "home," you can either retrieve them yourself from Bell Services or call Bell Services to have them delivered!

The time at the beginning of your vacation is the perfect time to enjoy the dining, entertainment and recreation at your Disney Resort hotel. If you plan on enjoying your resort's pool, I recommend that you pack your swimsuits so they are easily accessible so you can retrieve them easily while checking the rest of the bags with Bell Services. Also, if you will be enjoying one of the table-service restaurants at your hotel, be sure to make a reservation in advance because availability is limited. Finally, feel free to ask us additional questions if we can help you again as your trip approaches! T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
