My room mate bought my boyfriend and I Disneyland tickets as a gift, they're assigned to us, but they're on his account and he's not going. I was told he has to unlink it on his account in order for me to link it to mine. How do we do that?

    Hiya, Cheyenne!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are very excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets!

This is a really great question! What your roommate needs to do is call 714-781-4636 and speak to a very helpful Cast Member. This is the only way to unlink your tickets from his My Disneyland Account. After the Disneyland Theme Park Tickets have been unlinked from his account, then you both will have access to link your tickets to use on your next MAGICAL trip to the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! WOO HOO!

We know the wait time to talk to a Cast Member the past few weeks have been extremely long. HOWEVER, I have some MAGICAL news for you! I am very happy to inform you that when I call the Disneyland Resort Ticket Center in the evening, I have only waited a few minutes! WOO HOO! (NOTE: I have found that calling in the morning or afternoon will definitely increase your wait time.)

As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
