    Is there room for dancing near the Grand Floridian Society Orchestra's stage? Is this a popular place for couples to dance?

    Hey Matthew!  I actually chuckled when I read your question as this is something my parents did on the side for many of our trips to Walt Disney World and the Grand Floridian.  Such great memories you brought back for me!

    There really isn't room to do much dancing although my parents would just find a quiet spot and do their thing!  I have actually seen others do the same and the room allows for the slow dancing more then anything livelier. I would say this isn't the norm but no one ever asked them to stop so I say go for it!  You will also see children in the lobby dancing their hearts away to the great music from above.
