Emilee from OH Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

My room only check in date is Dec 19th. Can I still modify it tomorrow on Dec 18th? Or would tonight at midnight be the last chance?

    Hi Emilee! Welcome to planDisney.

Gawrsh! Sounds like you have a last-minute change of plans at The World's Most Magical Celebration. Let's cover the Room Only Terms and Conditions. This may help you make a decision on how to move forward with your plans.

Changes to Reservations: Changes to your reservation, including but not limited to changes in travel dates, length of stay, or hotel accommodations, are subject to availability and the rates applicable at the time the change is made and the guest is responsible for paying any increase in price from the change.

Walt Disney World Room Only Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a refund of your deposit, notification of cancellation must be received at least five days prior to your arrival date.

To cancel or modify a reservation, call (407) 934-7639.  You can also check if you can modify or cancel your plans by logging into your My Disney Experience Account. Look under "My Plans" for a Cancel or Modify link next to your hotel reservation. If you do not see this link, simply call the number I listed above.

Please note, if you are holding any other types of reservations, like dining, those reservations will not be canceled unless you cancel them or advise the Cast Member to them for you.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
