Hi Geri - a very warm welcome to planDisney!
Thank you for stopping by with your great question. Sounds like you have a visit in the works to the Happiest Place on Earth!
I'm happy to share that you can indeed catch the fireworks from various rooms and vantage points around Disneyland Resort Hotels. My suggestion would be to check in at the front desk when you arrive and ask about a room with a view of the fireworks. In particular, the Fantasy or Adventure towers at the
Disneyland Hotel might have some good options, but it does depend on room availability at the time of check in.
If you would like to put in a request for one of these particular rooms in advance, you may
call Hotel Reservations 10 days before your visit to add a note to your booking. You should know, Geri, that requests cannot be guaranteed but Cast Members will do their best to accommodate. Magic does happen sometimes!
Geri, if you'll be staying at the
Pixar Place Hotel, you should know that Guests may view Disneyland Park fireworks on select nights from the rooftop pool deck, with a live synchronized broadcast of the soundtrack! So magical! ("Select nights" just means whenever the fireworks are happening at Disneyland Park, Guests are able to view them from the third-floor pool deck of the Pixar Place Hotel.)
I'm so thrilled you have a special visit to the Happiest Place on Earth in the works, Geri, and am excited for all the wonder and fun you're going to experience! If you have any other planning questions, please don't hesitate to
ask me! I'd love to share more of my tips and recommendations for a truly magical time in Disneyland, like maybe where to find my favorite
70th Celebration treats or some strategies to make sure you hit all your top priorities.
See you real soon!
Warmest wishes,
McCayla
