    What is the Room cancellation policy at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel?

    Cowabunga! I am looking into booking a stay at Disney's Paradise Pier Hotel for an upcoming vacation as well. Besides the cool beach theming, the affordable pricing and the proximity to the Disneyland Resort theme parks make Paradise Pier Hotel one of our favorite places to stay when we visit The Happiest Place on Earth!

    There are two ways to book a stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel: a hotel-only stay or a Vacation Package Disneyland Resort. Each form of booking has a different cancellation policy. Hotel-only stays may be canceled until five days before arrival to avoid forfeiting the one-night deposit. Vacation packages may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation is at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations of Vacation Packages made between five and 29 days before arrival will have all payments refunded except for a $200 cancellation fee. Vacation Packages are not refundable when canceled less than five days before arrival. The cancellation policy is subject to change. So I recommend verifying specific details in your reservation confirmation email.

    Tony’s Tip: Guests who are staying at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel may enjoy exclusive access to a new entrance to Disney California Adventure Park. Find the path to the entrance on the other side of the crosswalk at the corner outside the hotel. The entrance will take you into the heart of the Paradise Gardens Park area, between Corn Dog Castle and Seaside Souvenirs.
