    any romantic ideas to celebrate a weeding aniversary ( 7 years ) I planned to leave the kids with granma at the hotel, so we will have a couple of hours for us alone. I have been to the parks before but it would be his first.

    Hi Lourdes!

    Happy (almost) anniversary!  We travel with my mom a lot, and consequently have the benefit of a "date night" at least once a trip!  When my husband and I have the chance to be out alone on vacation, we almost always chose one of Disney's Signature Dining Restaurants.  Some of our favorites are Jiko at Animal Kingdom, California Grille at the Contemporary and Citricos at the Grand Floridian.  The food and wine lists at these locations make it difficult not to fall in love again!  After dinner, we love taking a walk around Downtown Disney and doing some shopping.  Other things we've done sans kids is taken a ride on the Carousel at Magic Kingdom at night or hit whichever park has extra magic evening hours.  Being in the parks without strollers, kids and all of their "gear" is a real pleasure!

    If you are the "spa" type, both Saratoga Springs and the Grand Floridian have some excellent packages for couples massages and treatments. 

    However you celebrate your special night, I hope you have a wonderful time!
