Hi there, Rochelle! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach back out and ask another wonderful Walt Disney World Resort question!
Walt Disney World Resort does a phenomenal job providing
services and accommodations for their Guests with disabilities! Guests are allowed to bring in their own mobility assistance devices or
rent from locations across property. I've utilized my personal wheelchair many different times throughout the park and have no problems doing so. While I have not attempted to use a personal rollator, I have known others that have brought their rollator into the parks. These devices are most definitely allowed and are incredibly helpful for Guests with mobility disabilities!
As far as attraction accessibility, there are many attractions that will allow you to take your rollator with you as you wait! Any attraction that has the ability to accommodate Guests with wheelchairs should have no problem with your rollator. Often times, the inability to accommodate ECVs comes from the size of the queue area making it impossible to navigate with larger mobility assistance devices. Since a rollator and a wheelchair are similar sizes, this concern should not be an issue in most attraction queues!
Walt Disney World Resort has actually compiled a
list of attractions and their level of accessibility that is incredibly helpful when planning which attractions you would like to experience!
I hope this information assists you in continuing to plan for your 2020 vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any other questions for you!
