Hi there, Leanne, and welcome to planDisney!
One reason I love visiting the Disneyland Resort is its commitment to ensuring that all Guests, no matter their needs, feel welcome and supported. There are surely
options and accommodations available for Guests with mobility needs. I’m happy that I can help you with this question!
Yes, you may bring your own rollator to Disneyland as long as it meets the
property’s guidelines. For example, the device cannot exceed 36" (92 cm) in width and 52" (132 cm) in length. To ensure you have a magical experience, there are resources available to help you plan for your vacation:
Bonus Tip: Review the attractions where a
Location Return Time may be available. Some attraction queues within Disneyland Park are not wheelchair accessible because they are older. Here’s how it works:
- Talk to a Cast Member at the attraction about the accessibility of the queue.
- The Cast Member will assign a return time comparable to the current standby wait and provide return instructions.
- You will return at the designated time and enter through the alternate entrance.
Please keep in mind that Location Return Times are not offered in Disney California Adventure.
Leanne, I hope this information helps and that you have the most magical time during your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop by and see us again here at planDisney.
Sending you faith, trust, and pixie dust,
Karmeen
