U moms rock! First WDW trip in Nov.! I have purchased MVMC tickets, I also have dinner reservations at CRT at 7:15pm. I know the MVMC starts at 7pm, how much of the MVMC are we going to miss by having dinner then? Is there a schedule for the MVMC? THANKS!

    Hi Tabitha,

Thank you for your sweet words! Visitors to the Moms Panel makes our rocking world go round.

Congratulation on your 1st trip. Be sure to pick up "1st Visit" buttons at your resort or Guest Relations in the parks. A great free souvenEAR of your trip.

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is one of my favorite events at the Magic Kingdom! Cinderella's Royal Table is also one of my favorite places to eat.  Although they haven't released the schedule for the parades & fireworks for the 2011 dates, here is the schedule from the 2010 dates:

    • Mickey's Once Upon A Christmastime Parade: 8:15 p.m. & 10:30 p.m. (Starts in Frontierland & ends in Town Square - 2nd parade is usually less crowded)
    • "Holiday Wishes - Celebrate the Spirit of the Season" Fireworks Spectacular: 9:30 p.m.
    • "A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas" Show: 7:45 p.m., 8:45 p.m., 9:55 p.m. 10:50 p.m. & 11:45 p.m.
    • "Celebrate the Season" Show: 7:45 p.m., 10:05 p.m. & 11:20 p.m.
    • Character Dance Parties throughout the party at The Diamond Horseshoe & Cosmic Rays
    • Special Disney Character Meet & Greets 7:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
Be sure to pick up an official MVMCP Guide when you enter the Magic Kingdom to confirm this year's schedule of events. In the past, I've seen the special event maps posted on unofficial Disney websites within hours of the first night of the event.

If you plan to concentrate just on the special events held during MVMCP & not try to do a lot of attractions, you may be okay. We usually focus on the special events & only do a couple of attractions. Hopefully knowing the schedule will help you get a plan of action so that you're able to eat at CRT & enjoy MVMCP.

Wishing you many magical holiday memories :-) Allison
