Are robes and slippers available for use for first time Disney cruisers or just Concierge passengers? Are menus online now or after you board a cruise? Are much are the washers/dryers? Thank you!

    Hiya, Nancy!

Oh boy! You are in for a special experience during your first Disney cruise.

    Bathrobes and Slippers
Guests staying in Concierge-level staterooms may enjoy wearing the bathrobes and slippers available in their rooms. Guests with a scheduled service in Senses Spa and Salon may also take advantage of the robes available for use in the spa. Of course, all Guests are welcome to purchase an onboard gift package that may include bathrobes. The onboard shops may also sometimes sell bathrobes.

    Restaurant Menus
Mmm! I love the delicious food onboard the Disney Cruise Line. Once you board your ship and connect the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to the DCL-GUEST WiFi service, you'll be able to learn the order of restaurants for your rotational dining experience. You'll also be able to browse the menus of the main dining rooms and other restaurants onboard. The latest menus are currently only available to view once onboard.

    Laundry Service
Full-service laundry is available onboard. Just ask your stateroom host for details. You may also use the self-service laundry facilities. I just reviewed folio documents from our family's recent cruises on the Disney Wonder in February and the Disney Treasure in December. It looks like we paid $3.50 per use of the washers and dryers. Those prices are subject to change, of course. Complimentary irons and ironing boards are available for use in the self-service laundry rooms too.

Tony's Tip: Detergent powder and fabric softener sheets are also available for purchase in the onboard laundry rooms. However, I recommend and prefer packing detergent and dryer sheets. We used to pack detergent pods. But we've recently switched to packing laundry detergent sheets. They are much lighter and easier to pack. And we don't worry about having a pod or powder packet accidentally puncture and make a mess in our luggage.

You've shared some great questions, Nancy. I hope we've been helpful in answering them today. And I hope you'll visit us again here at planDisney. We'd love to help answer other questions you may have as you continue to get ready to experience Where Magic Meets the Sea!

    Have a great cruise, Nancy!
