Hi Judy,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for bringing this question to us!
Rivers of Light is a beautiful show. On our last visit, we did the
Rivers of Light Dining Package at Tusker House restaurant so that we could have access to the reserved seating area for the show and not have to use one of our Fast Pass+ selections to get good seats.
In March, it does look like the show runs every night. On the day you arrive, there are two show times currently listed - 8:45 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. To check the hours, click on the map icon on the right-hand side of the
Rivers of Light web page. You can then click on any date in March to see the show times. Remember that show times are subject to change so always double-check when you arrive.
With the dining package, we had dinner at 5:35 p.m. During dinner, I made a fourth Fast Pass+ selection for DINOSAUR. We had just enough time after dinner to ride DINOSAUR then get to our reserved viewing area for the Rivers of Light show 15 minutes prior to show time. For this show, I like sitting a bit closer to the front. So, even if you do the dining package, be sure to arrive early so that you can get good seats in the reserved seating area!
Judy, I trust you will enjoy the show. On our last visit, a 2-year old sitting near us was so excited during the entire show. His excitement tickled us - it was lovely to experience the magic through his eyes. Be sure to also take an expedition to Pandora while visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom. As we say in Na'vi, Sivako - Rise to the challenge!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
