Is Rise of the Resistance part of the Genie+ or can we just get in line for it? I can't find any information on it. TIA!

Hey there Jeanie and welcome back to planDisney!

November will be here before you know it and with it your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. I'm so glad that you plan on riding Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. It's not just a ride, it's a whole experience! Now there are a couple of ways you can make this experience a part of your Disney day.

    1. You can get into the regular standby line. Since this attraction no longer operates with a Virtual Queue I would plan on getting up early and going straight to it as soon as Disney's Hollywood Studios opens. If you've chosen a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and have access to Early Theme Park Entry that's a great time to try to knock it out.

    2. This particular attraction can be experienced by purchasing an Individual Lightning Lane. If you're a Guest at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, or Shades of Green Resort, you can make that purchase at 7 AM on the morning of your visit. If you've chosen another hotel as your home away from home, you can make that purchase as soon as the park opens.

Jeanie, best of luck on making this attraction a part of your day. If you have any other questions, just come right back for another chat!

    Happy planning!
