Rise of the resistance was not on preplanned DAS. Is it available for DAS in the park

Greetings Jacquelyn, I am planDisney cyborg relations! Thank you for transmitting your request to us regarding the Disability Assistance Program or DAS.

The Resistance has learned that you are planning to visit Black Spire Outpost this summer. We would be honored if you would join us in our fight against the First Order. While you are visiting Batuu this summer, you may also want to check out the celebration going on in a nearby world, for the 50th Anniversary of Walt Disney World. R2D2 has intercepted plans that describe a grand celebration with entertainment, food, and new rides and attractions that you may find to your liking after visiting Batuu.

Guests who pre-register for DAS can make advanced planning reservations for 2 rides or attractions per day with a one-hour return time for each. The list of attractions available for DAS Advanced Planning is subject to change, but it does not typically include any rides that offer the Individual Lightning Lane a la carte booking option. However, all rides, shows, and attractions with a standby line will have the same-day self-selection DAS booking option. You can make your reservation for Rise of the Resistance, once you enter the park, by using the DAS option in the My Disney Experience mobile app, on your datapad, or by visiting a Cast Member at the entrance to the ride. You will receive a return time that is comparable to the current wait time for that attraction. You will be able to make your next selection once you have scanned in to enjoy the first self-service DAS reservation. You can use the self-service tool in conjunction with your pre-selected DAS attractions. Guests that have been approved for DAS can continue to make reservations for attractions until the park closes. Keep in mind that the availability of a ride or attraction may change or vary throughout the day.

If you have any questions regarding DAS you reach Disability Services on your datapad by calling (407) 560-2547 or sending them a transmission at disability.services@disneyparks.com.

    May the Spires keep you!
