When riding the water rides what does everyone do with their stuff like cameras? Are there lockers that you can throw your stuff in or do you just hold it and hope it doesn't get wet?

Tammy, this is a great question.

There are lockers for rent, but they are near the entrances to each theme park, so that may be inconvenient for throwing your stuff in just for a ride or two. There aren't lockers or cubbies near individual rides. Here is my advice on what I usually do. I bring a large gallon size ziploc bag with us and keep it in the bag to throw my camera, phones and wallets in for the really wet rides such as Splash Mountain and Kali River Rapids. It doesn't take up any space in your bag and it is easy to retrieve your items in afterwards. Another tip is to also bring along a folded up trash bag that you could put your whole backpack or shoulder bag in. This is also what we use if our child gets wet on the ride and his/her clothes are damp. We line the stroller with the trashbag so the fabric of the seat isn't damp all day long! We have also used it to cover the stroller seat on rainy days. I have also seen other guests wear ponchos on these rides (even if it isn't raining). You could hold your bag underneath the poncho to keep it protected!

I hope you can use these tips so th fun (or your camera) isn't DAMPENED on your magical trip!
