    What are rides suitable for a 3 year old toddler ?

    Hi Debashree!

    I have a four year old son that went to Walt Disney World four times when he was three years old so I have plenty of experience with three year old children at Walt Disney World!

    The Magic Kingdom definitely has the most attractions that your three year old will be able to enjoy! Most of the attractions do not have a height requirement which means that your three year old will be able to enjoy those attractions. Goofy's Barnstormer does a height requirement of 35 inches. My son rode this at age three and enjoyed it. The only other height restricted attractions that your child might enjoy riding are Splash Mountain and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. These two are borderline and depend mainly on your child's height and their desire to enjoy those attractions. The only two attractions that I would deem unsuitable for a three year old are Space Mountain and the Astro Orbiter. Other than those couple, your three year old will have a blast at the Magic Kingdom!

    You will also find a lot of attractions for your child at Epcot. Once again, depending on their height, they may be able to ride Test Track and Soarin'. My son did these two attractions at about three and a half and loved them! You also have Spaceship Earth and the Seas with Nemo and Friends that they will be able to enjoy!

    Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios have the most attractions with restricting height requirements. However, there are still other attractions and shows that a three year old could enjoy at each of those theme parks. You have Kilimanjaro Safaris and lots of interesting animal exhibits at Disney's Animal Kingdom. At Disney's Hollywood Studios, your child will be able to enjoy Disney Junior - Live on Stage, Toy Story Mania, Lights, Motors, Actions, and a few other shows and attractions.
