what rides can you ride if you are pregnant?

Hi Cynthia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First, congratulations on your pregnancy! One of the best things about vacationing at the Walt Disney World Resort is that there is a lot for everyone to enjoy at all ages and all stages of life. Having visited "The Most Magical Place on Earth" multiple times as an expectant mother, I am happy to help you plan for your trip!

For the most part, rides that do not have a height restriction are suitable during pregnancy. There are some exceptions to this, but Disney has posted health advisories outside of all attractions and Cast Members are available at all queue entrances to ask as well. It is also a good idea to consult your doctor prior to your trip. I included a list of attractions without height requirements at the link above, but here is also a list of attractions that have a health advisory for expectant mothers (attractions that you are advised not to ride). Trust me, the list of attractions you can enjoy is much longer than the ones you can't, so you will still have a ton of fun!

Enjoy your visit, Cynthia! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
