Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Delicia. It sounds like you have a visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort planned! I'm happy to hear it, and happy to answer your question.
With three little ones of my own, we never enter a Theme Park without a
stroller - it's an absolute MUST! You'll find designated stroller parking areas throughout Walt Disney World Resort. Some parking areas are directly outside attractions, like at Dumbo the Flying Elephant. Others are conveniently located between attractions so you can enjoy multiple experiences without needing to move your stroller after each. We especially appreciate the stroller parking area between Fantasyland and Liberty Square; we can ride "it's a small world" and Peter Pan's Flight, and even make a stop at the restroom, all without needing to move our stroller!
There's no need to bring a lock! In fact, Cast Members regularly monitor and shift the strollers in the parking areas to maximize space, and a lock on your stroller wouldn't allow them to do that.
Since you may not find your stroller in the EXACT place you parked it, you'll most definitely want to make your stroller stand out among a sea of others! We tie ribbons (Mickey Mouse ribbons, of course!) around the handlebar of our stroller in addition to attaching a luggage tag. Some Guests tie balloons around the handlebar or attach super cute nameplates!
One last stroller tip - if you park your stroller and notice the sky is beginning to look a bit dark, cover it in case rain begins to fall while you're enjoying an attraction or show. I pack an inexpensive plastic rain poncho into our park backpack and cover our stroller with that if rain looks imminent.
Wishing you a magical visit!
Ashley
