    Are rides open during Night of Joy in 2013?

    Hi Laura,

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and I'm excited for you to be attending Night of Joy this year. Just two days ago, the Disney Parks Blog released an artist profile, Francesca Battistelli, along with additional details about what to expect from the event. As you'll read on the above link, the most popular attractions will be open for you to enjoy.
