    what rides are open during the Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party

    Hi Leslie!

    Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays is the most magical time of the year!

    Most of the attractions in Magic Kingdom Park are usually open during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. According to Disney World's website they currently have these attractions listed: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Splash Mountain,  Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Space Mountain.

    However, last year many more were open including Haunted Mansion, "it’s a small world," Peter Pan’s Flight, Prince Charming Regal Carousel, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Mad Tea Party, Under the Sea – Journey of the Little Mermaid, The Barnstormer, Astro Orbiter, Tomorrowland Transit Authority People Mover, Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, Jungle Cruise, and more!

    Some of my favorite things about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party are the holidays extras like the Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Holiday Wishes, but I also enjoy the lower crowds to ride some of my favorite attractions. Walking down Main Street, U.S.A. and seeing Cinderella Castle lit up is picture perfect.
