How does the rides go for people with disabilities now? We have always been given a time to come back with our group 12 of us so we can all ride together. We have 2 with special needs and my staff and family that goes with us.

Hi Erin! Welcome back to planDisney!

You will be returning to the Most Magical Place on Earth in just a few days and I'm sure you are thrilled! No matter how many times we visit, there is something new to discover every time. It's one of the many reasons that I love returning to the Walt Disney World Resort year after year!

I have good news! Disability Access Service (DAS) is still available for Guests. You'll find that many digital enhancements have been made since your last visit, with some features of DAS available on the My Disney Experience mobile app now. No worries if you don't use the app, though. You can still register with Guest Relations as you have in the past.

If you use the app, you can register for DAS before your visit. Visit the page that I linked for you above for more information. You will use the video chat feature to talk with a Cast Member to register and even set up your initial return times! How great is that?! You need to complete this pre-registration no less than 2 days before your arrival, however, so you will want to do it as soon as possible!

I hope this helps, Erin! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
