My favorite tool for tracking exactly this kind of information is the Disneyland Resort's
Daily Events Schedule. You can access it from the Disneyland Resort website, select your date and park(s) at the top of the page, and scroll down to find an expandable section that lists anything scheduled for refurbishment on that specific day. There's also a handy toggle in the top right corner that lets you switch from a single-day view to a 5-Day View, which is perfect for a multi-day visit like yours. With the 5-Day View, you can see all four of your days laid out at once instead of checking each one individually.
The one catch is timing. The Daily Events Schedule typically populates about six weeks out from the current date. As of right now, your January dates aren't quite in that window yet, so you'll want to check back in late November or early December to see the refurbishment details for January 7 through 10.
In the meantime, I'd also suggest bookmarking the
Disney Parks Blog and keeping an eye out for any refurbishment announcements there. Longer-planned closures, like full attraction overhauls, tend to get announced there in advance, which can give you some extra lead time to adjust your must-do list if something you're counting on ends up being down.
