    Do the rides close down in Disney World theme parks in florida if it rains??

    Hi there, Chrystal! Welcome to planDisney! 

    I can sure see why you're asking about the weather for your vacation - you'll be here in the Sunshine State in only two days! You've definitely come to the right place. If there's one thing we Floridians love talking about as much as Walt Disney World, it's Florida weather! 

    Hopefully, it won't rain much on your Disney days, but there's always the possibility of a shower or two. The theme parks will remain open rain or shine, but some outdoor attractions like Test Track at EPCOT or Seven Dwarfs Mine Train at the Magic Kingdom Park may close temporarily if there's heavy rain or lightning. Be sure to have the My Disney Experience mobile app installed on your phone before your trip so you can monitor the status of any attractions that experience a rain closure.
