what rides should i avoid in the parks if i get motion sick easily?

Hello Dwayne and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
Dwayne this is such a great question as from my own personal experience I know there's nothing worse than experiencing motion sickness when visiting any theme park let alone allowing this nasty side effect to ruin what should be a magical day spent at Walt Disney World Resort.
Although I thankfully don't suffer with acute motion sickness I'm always careful that I don't upset my inner gyroscope by either checking in the first instance by utilising the drop down menus found on the Attractions webpage where Guests can for example research rides which have advisories for Spinning and so on plus this can be especially helpful when making those all important FastPass+ selections.
Another good tip is to simply ask for some helpful guidance from a knowledgable Cast Member prior to boarding any new or unexperienced Attraction.
It might also be helpful for you to know that I find it impossible to enjoy either Team Orange or Team Green on Mission: SPACE at Epcot due to my own motion sickness fears but on the other hand my absolute favourite Attraction is Avatar Flight of Passage at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
    Have a great Disney day.
