What rides to avoid if we don't wnat to get wet? What do pleople wear in February to avoid wearing wet clothjes all day , if they do get soaked on a ride ?

Hi Catherine!  There are two rides you have to watch out for if you don't want to get soaked.  One is Splash Mountain in Magic Kingdom the other is Kali River Rapids in Epcot.  With part of your question answered, I have to say...these are two of my FAVORITE rides!  I'm thinking this may be your first trip to Disney and I would hate for you and your family to miss these adventures...they're so much fun!  Splash Mountain is a beautiful ride that ends with a 52 1/2 foot drop!  Kali River Rapids is a circular raft that is aptly named...RAPID!  I have several photos of myself looking like I just took a swim fully dressed, but I enjoy them so much I usually get on the ride twice.  You can ride these attractions with rain ponchos.  That helps tremendously on Splash Mountain.

Here's what I do in regard to the weather/water situation: I always pack another set of clothing for my kids.  They get sweaty, they spill, and they get wet.  Results: they get cranky!  February in Florida is beautiful weather, 70s during the day,  and 50s during the evening.  I always take a sweatshirt and hat for the kids for evening temperatures because they do get chilly.  I hope this helps you...you are going to have a wonderful time!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
