Welcome to planDisney, Ayesha!
I’m delighted you decided to stop by with your question because my fellow panelists and I love helping Guests enjoy the magic of their Disney vacations!
With so many whimsical components going into creating your vacation, I’m glad you’ve been thinking about the
Disability Access Service (DAS) Advance Planning program. My family also uses DAS, and I’m so grateful that Walt Disney World Resort offers many fantastic services to help make vacations as enchanting as can be for all Guests!
Ayesha, as you know, DAS is a service available to Guests who have difficulty waiting in a standard queue at an attraction. Rather than waiting in a traditional line, the service allows Guests a return time for an attraction. I’m happy you’ve decided to
pre-register for DAS using the live video chat. If you haven’t done this yet, please note that Guests may pre-register as soon as 30 days before a park visit but at least two days before arrival. Also, the registering Guest utilizing DAS will need to be present during the video chat.
During the call, you can work with a Cast Member to pre-select up to 2 experiences per day of your visit, subject to availability. And I know I’ve rambled on and on here, so before I go any further, here is the
list of attractions you can pre-select, subject to availability, categorized by theme park! Yippie!
I love this inclusive program, and I hope you do, as well. While you’re planning your vacation, do be sure to check out
planDisney’s Instagram account! You’ll find many helpful tips to make your vacation even more amazing!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Ayesha!
