What rides and attractions are open during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas?

    Hello Debbie,

I am sure you are looking forward to your Walt Disney World vacation during the festive holiday season! This extra special time of year adds so much more magic to an already delightful place to visit. Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is an amazing special event to attend. So, I am glad to hear that you are considering it your plans.

While not every single attraction is open during the party, most of them are. Since the list of open attractions can vary from year to year, there has not been an official list announced yet. Be sure to get a special events times guide when you enter the party for locations and times of dance parties, complimentary hot cocoa and cookies, and other shows.

You won't want to miss the special holiday overlay for the Jungle Cruise, called Jingle Cruise. It is really fun to see this ride after dark and all decked out in its holiday best. My personal favorite spot to enjoy the parade and fireworks for the party is on Main Street. Just keep in mind that this also tends to be the most popular location, so find your spot early. We always use this down time to enjoy our hot cocoa and cookies while we sit and wait.

    Have a jolly holiday!
