Rider switch, when you did the switch where someone stays behind with an infant or child that is to small, when your group comes back can one ride with you or do you have to ride alone?

    Hi Trudy!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. My family loves to use the Rider Switch service as it allows myself, my husband and my 4 year old son to experience the "big kid" rides that we enjoy while my 2 year old son is able to do other things in the park that he loves. No one in the family feels like they are missing out on any of their "must-do's" or left bored waiting for other members of our family to enjoy attractions! When the first Guests in your party enjoy the attraction, they will receive a Rider Switch Pass that they will give to the Guest who remained with they little one who did not ride the attraction. The Rider Switch Pass is good for 2 Guests, so that person will be able to enjoy the attraction with someone else from your group.  In my family, my older son will ride with both myself and my husband, while my younger son will enjoy other attractions or Character experiences with each parent. Rider Switch really helps our Walt Disney World Resort theme park days go smoothly!

Be sure to check out the Baby
Care Centers during your trip as they are a great place to take care of your little one's needs while you are in the theme park. This is often a stop for me and my little guy while the rest of our family is flying down Seven Dwarves Mine Train. T-T-F-N, ta ta for now!
