Hi Leon!
If you will be coming with another adult then you certainly can use the Rider Swap. The Rider Swap is generally in place for those who have to tend to a child too small for a certain ride, yet both of the adults wish to experience the ride with the older kid of reasonable size, or even by themselves!
One adult tends to the small child while the other gets on the ride with the older kid. After the ride, they switch the "tending," and the other adult can get back on the ride with the older kid or by themselves. They will either get in the Fast Pass lane, or, in some cases, enter the ride near the ride exit. Be sure to ask a cast member of the ride you're interested in for the Rider Swap before either get in line. We used it a lot last year with our 6 and 2-year old and it worked out great!
Have a super magical day!
