Is the rider swap only if a kid doesn't meet the height guides? My hubby, 2 teens and I want to ride but have preschooler who is prob going to be scared. He's 4 but is TALL/will prob meet height guides. What options do we have?

    Hi Vicki!

Rider swap at Walt Disney World is intended for children who don't meet the height requirement or for smaller children who are afraid to ride.  My son is four and is taller for his age, but goes through phases where is he afraid to ride certain attractions, but the next week he can't wait to go.  Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion are two perfect examples.  My daughter, 1, will go on anything she can, but sometimes her big brother is too scared of the pirates or ghosts, so he sits out with one of us.  In my experience, you won't have a problem with your 4 year old.

    Have a magical day!
