with the ride swap, can 2 grandparents watch the baby and then switch with 2 parents or is it 1:1

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Betty. Thanks for stopping by with your question about the Rider Switch program.

Rider Switch Pass is a great program that allows family members to go on an attraction, while an adult stays with the non-rider(s). Then when the first group is done, the second adult presents the Rider Switch Pass and goes on the ride, greatly reducing wait times. The Rider Switch option is available on attractions that have minimum height requirement. Each Rider Switch Pass is good for up to three Guests for readmission on the ride.

In your case, Betty, the two grandparents can switch off with the parents using the Rider Switch Pass. When my family used this service, we would all enter the attraction together to ask the Cast Member for a Rider Switch Pass.

I hope this information is helpful for you. Please visit us on the Panel again if you have further questions, Betty.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings from Northern California! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
