How does ride and share work ? We will have one child that won't make height requirements for many rides

    Hi Mike,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question. I believe you’re referring to the Rider Switch service, which I’ve used several times on my visits to Walt Disney World Resort with my little guy.

Here’s how it works: if your child won’t make the height requirements, one adult in your party can wait with your little kiddo while everyone else enjoys the attraction. When the rest of your party returns, the non-riding adult can board the attraction through the FastPass+ return line, usually along with at least one other Guest, because it’s no fun to ride alone!

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. If you have any other questions, or if you want more information about how Rider Switch worked for my family, please don’t hesitate to come back and see us.

    Have a Magical Day,
