Hi there, Demi!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I love that you plan on visiting the Happiest Place on Earth soon. I took Disney Vacations through each trimester, and although each month of pregnancy brought different challenges, I always enjoyed my time at Disney Parks and Resorts while pregnant.
Before any travel or vacation it's always best to speak to your doctor regarding any restrictions they may put you on while you are expecting. The Disneyland Resort does designate certain
attractions with advisories for expectant mothers which you can view online, on the Disneyland app, or on signs outside the attractions. These would be any attractions with high speeds, sudden drops, or bumps. Some examples, but not all, include Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Autopia, and Splash Mountain. It is best not to experience these at any point in your pregnancy to keep you and your baby safe.
There are still going to be plenty of attractions you will get to experience. Some of my favorites when I was pregnant were Haunted Mansion, "it's a small world," Dumbo the Flying Elephant, Peter Pan's Flight, and Golden Zephyr to name just a few. You will still find that there are more attractions you will get to experience than ones you will not.
Also, make sure you stay hydrated as walking through the parks while pregnant can be quite taxing. Sit in the shade and relax on the Disneyland Railroad or Disneyland Monorail for great views of the parks while taking a break.
I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other questions!
