report your missing photo online using the form here. You can also contact the
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by phone (407-560-4300) for assistance. The more details you have about the missing photo, the more likely it can be recovered (time of day, location, and even details about what guests were wearing can be helpful!) Hopefully one of these options will help you to recover the missing magic and restore your photos to your
My Disney Experience account!
