    How do I get the ride pictures that did not show up in My Disney experience

    Welcome to planDisney, Cheryl! It sounds like you're enjoying the magic of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation right now, or you've recently returned from one! Memory Maker is a product my family always purchases so we can capture all the moments of our trip and have those photos to look back on for years to come! 

    Cheryl, I'm sorry you're missing some of your attraction photos, but I'm happy to help you recover them. One option is to report your missing photo online using the form here. You can also contact the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team by phone (407-560-4300) for assistance. The more details you have about the missing photo, the more likely it can be recovered (time of day, location, and even details about what guests were wearing can be helpful!) Hopefully one of these options will help you to recover the missing magic and restore your photos to your My Disney Experience account!
