    Is there a way that we can ride in any of the parades? We saw some families doing just that the last time we were there and we would love to do that for our boys this time!

    Unfortunately, Dawne, there is no way to ensure that your family is chosen to ride in a parade.  You are correct in that families are sometimes asked to participate.  As to the logistics of how and why any particular group is chosen, I really don't have an answer other than they happened to be having a magical moment in the right place at the right time.  Hopefully, you will be just one such family during your upcoming trip.  But if not, just smile and wave at those lucky families who were chosen and remember that it might just be you next time!
