Hello Diane. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
If you plan on driving yourself to any of the Walt Disney World Theme Parks,
standard parking is currently $25.00 a day. With your receipt, on the same day, you can drive to another park and show your receipt to be able to park there for no additional charge. If you'd only like to park your car once for the day, you can absolutely park at the Transportation and Ticket Center and use Disney's
complimentary transportation to get from park to park.
To be able to enter any of the four Walt Disney World Theme Parks, park admission is required. So you won't necessarily be able to enter the parks, however, there are a lot of fun things to see and do without a park ticket. One idea is to ride the monorail to all of the resorts that it services. This is free and a lot of fun. On the loop, you'll find Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I often times spend an evening at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort enjoying all of the great food and snacks while soaking in the relaxing atmosphere. I also love enjoying a cocktail at the Tambu Lounge upstairs. Another fun idea for you, that doesn't require a theme park ticket, is to head over to
Disney Springs. This is a lively area with tons of shopping, dining
and entertainment. You could easily spend an entire day exploring what Disney Springs has to offer.
I hope this helps. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.
