Hi, Carole!
Taking a scenic cruise around Walt Disney World on the Monorail is my family's favorite pastime!
Whether staying at a Walt Disney World resort or somewhere in Orlando, the Monorail is always at the top of our list of things to do!
Park at the Ticket and Transportation Center and choose between the resort Monorail loop, which makes stops at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the Magic Kingdom, and Disney's Contemporary Resort.
You can also hop on the Epcot Monorail! I especially enjoy this ride, as you get a glimpse inside this theme park and zoom right past Spaceship Earth! I love looking down at the guests inside Epcot from my air-conditioned, guided tour inside the Monorail.
Carole, just know that there will be a parking charge if you park at the Ticket and Transportation Center. If you make Advanced Dining Reservations at one of the Monorail resorts, you'll receive complimentary parking for up to 3 hours. We enjoy dinner at
'Ohana and then hop on the
Monorail for a nightcap!
Enjoy your time at Walt Disney World! If you need more assistance, please visit with us again soon!
