Is there a way to ride the Disney Skyliner and not pay for resort parking? We want to resort bar hop using the skyliner but don’t want to pay a parking fee at one of the resorts.

    Welcome to planDisney Courtney!

The Disney Skyliner is my favorite mode of transportation at Walt Disney World. Hop in a gondola and zoom around to get a bird's eye view of the beautiful resorts. It is so exciting when you get that first glimpse of EPCOT. Nighttime is fabulous when Spaceship Earth is covered in dazzling lights.

Once you are on Disney Property, transportation is complimentary on buses, monorails, boats, and of course the Disney Skyliner. If staying on property, feel free to hop on transportation and make any needed transfers to get to a resort on the Skyliner route to start your adventure.

Non-resort guests may park at a Disney Resort hotel with no charge, but you must have a dining reservation. Before entering a Disney Resort hotel parking lot, stop at the security booth where your dining reservation will be verified and you will be directed to visitor parking.

Another option is to visit Disney Springs. From there, hop on a bus to one of the resorts along the Skyliner route. You will then need to bus back to Disney Springs for your car. If you are at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios, simply hop on the Skyliner while your car is parked in the main lots. Please note that if boarding at EPCOT, the station is located at the International Gateway near World Showcase.

Have a magical time exploring as you fly around on the Disney Skyliner!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
