Thanks for cruising on over to planDisney before you set sail on your magical adventure later this year! If you haven't already, now is the perfect time to download your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. Before your cruise, you can find a fun character countdown and manage many of your activity reservations. Once you set sail, you'll find a variety of important information in the app, including entertainment and activity schedules, dining details, and much more.
Jaime, adding
ground transportation from the
Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral is as easy as saying
bibbidi-bobbidi-boo. . .no magic wand required! You'll be happy to know you can
purchase ground transfers (at an additional cost) with a confirmed hotel reservation, whether you booked your hotel stay independently or through Disney Cruise Line. When you
call to add your transportation, just be sure to let the Cast Member know you have a hotel reservation at the Hyatt Regency the night before your departure. I like to arrange my ground transportation as soon as my flights and/or hotel reservations are confirmed so that I know everything is ready to go as my sailing date approaches!
On embarkation day, don't forget to pack a carry-on bag that includes your
required travel paperwork, necessary medications, and other items you'll want to keep with you the first few hours of your cruise - including bathing suits if you're planning to head right to the
pool deck! Your checked luggage will be delivered to your stateroom later in the afternoon so you can unpack and get settled in for your vacation. As you continue planning your cruise, you may want to check out Disney's
helpful packing list as well as the list of
prohibited and restricted items to help ensure smooth sailing when you arrive at the cruise terminal.
