Hi, Christen, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Hop aboard as we get our ride on at the Walt Disney World Resort!
It sounds like you have a fun family trip coming up! There's really nothing like experiencing Walt Disney World with a little one. Even the youngest Guests can have a great time, and you'll just love looking back on all the magical memories you're making.
My son was only seven months old the first time we took him to Walt Disney World. He just turned nine, and he's been many, many times over those years. At every age and stage of his life, we've been able to find lots of things for him to do. If you go to the
Walt Disney World Attractions page, you'll find a list of pretty much every ride and show in all of the Theme Parks. At the top of the page you'll see a number of filters that will help you narrow down the list by Park, Thrill Level, etc. Choose the "Height" filter, then scroll down to "Any Height," and you'll end up with a list of
rides and shows that are good for Guests of all ages. And don't worry, these attractions really are meant for all ages. You can certainly hold your little Mouseketeer in your lap as you gently glide, float, or fly through these wonderful experiences.
Christen, while you're making plans, be sure to check out
Disney's Planning Guide for Parents of Preschoolers. It's full of ideas on things to do that are perfect for families with little ones.
I hope this helps you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World, Christen. Please stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
