Hi Valerie!
Welcome to planDisney! We are happy to see you stopping by with another great question!
We love the Walt Disney World Resort and are excited to welcome you back to a
world of magic soon.
Walt Disney World® Bus Service is currently operating one-way service from all four theme parks to Disney Springs starting at 4:00 p.m. Given the potential capacity restrictions on the buses at the time of your visit, allow yourself plenty of time to get from the park to Disney Springs.
I will say that, although we have, at times, been able to catch a bus a little earlier, I recommend that you follow the posted operating times. When we needed guaranteed transportation earlier, we have used a ride share service like Uber or Lyft. Know also that when I checked the My Disney Experience Mobile App just now, it estimated 55 minutes to travel from Magic Kingdom to Disney Springs.
As you continue to make plans, I do hope you make
advanced dining reservations at one of the fantastic restaurants at Disney Springs. Two of our favorite restaurants are
Chef Art Smith's Homecomin' and
The Edison. Before and after dining, we love wandering around and visiting the shops at Disney Springs. We appreciate that Disney Springs offers a more laid back experience and we can return to conquer the parks recharged.
Prior to your visit, be sure to check the
operational updates as transportation availability and procedures could change. And, check for specific updates as they relate to
dining,
theme parks, and
resort hotels. As always, follow the
Disney Parks Blog for important updates about park and resort experiences. Once you arrive, make sure you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App so that you can take advantage of enhanced features including scannable codes for select restaurant menus and
mobile food & beverage ordering.
Valerie, I am literally doing a happy dance for you as you prepare for your visit! We all need a little extra pixie dust now. Safe travels!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
