I have a rewards card from my Chase Disney Visa. Can i link that rewards card at the front desk so every time I use my magicband to pay that it uses the money on the rewards card (as opposed to a room charge or a credit card)?

Hi Michael! Welcome back to planDisney!

I can see that you have been super busy planning your vacation and it is going to pay off in just FOUR more days! There is nothing better than arriving well-prepared for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. You will have so much fun!

Using a MagicBand to pay is SO easy and convenient. I use this method of payment on each of my vacations so I don't have to carry a bunch of cards around with me. While you will need to have a credit card linked to your hotel account to use MagicBand to pay, you are welcome to visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resorts Collection hotel to pay down your balance with other forms of payment like Disney Gift Cards, Chase Disney Visa Reward Cards, and cash.

You can keep up with your balance on the My Disney Experience mobile app. When you are signed in, open your hotel reservation on the app, then touch the folder icon for hotel charges (this will appear on your check-in day) to see your current charges. Sometimes it takes a little while for them to all load, but usually, it stays pretty up-to-date.

I hope you enjoy every second of your vacation, Michael! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
