Hey, Andrew! Welcome to planDisney.
It sounds like you've recently returned from a trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Doesn't your heart ache to return? The post-Disney vacation blues are the worst. It's like homesickness mixed with pixie dust withdrawal symptoms. Time to start planning your next trip? I think so!
But let's get down to business. Disney PhotoPass media
expires after 45 days and can no longer be downloaded after that time. Oh, bother! If your photos haven’t expired yet, you might be able to purchase a one-time 15-day extension through the
Disney PhotoPass webpage. This would give you a total of 60 days instead of the usual 45. However, the extension only applies to photos currently in your My Disney Experience account. To be sure the images you want are eligible, I recommend calling the
Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team before making your purchase.
I know that's not the answer you were hoping for, Andrew. However, I'll be wishing upon a star that your dream comes true and your picture magically appears.
If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask! See ya real soon!
Mike
