    Reviewing Annual passes, I saw info on the photo pass downloads. Looking further, anyone is able to ask the photographers for a photo card. Is the difference free downloads? Or do I still have to purchase pictures? Is this just a storage device?

    You are correct that select Annual Passes offer Disney PhotoPass Service downloads. Once you activate one of these Annual Passes, you will be able to download any photos during your visits with no additional cost. However, photos remain in your account for a limited time so be sure to download them before they are gone. 

    While in the parks, anyone is welcome to use a PhotoPass card (ask any PhotoPass photographer for one) or use your MagicBand to collect your photos and select attraction videos. The difference is your photos are part of your Annual Pass entitlement and will be ready for downloading without the need to purchase Memory Maker like other Guests. You will also want to download the My Disney Experience mobile app so you can share your media right from the app!
